Our Electric Smoker Oak Wood Chips are prepared in Europe and approved for food processing.
They are suitable for hot smoking in the Muurikka Electric Smoker.
Wood chips when mixed with brown sugar add both flavour and a very appealing colour to smoked food, while imparting smokey flavours to smoked meat, poultry, fish, cheese and vegetables or whatever you choose to use.
Different types of woods have different flavours.
